Today we set our record for miles. 127. This beig due to a sun up til sun down ride, plus flat land, and a wicked tailwind (although mostly from the north but still blowing us east). There really is not much of a story for today though really. It's been kind of fun though, the past two nights we have stayed in city parks. No showers but there is water. Tonight's site is pretty close to a play ground and it's kind of funny. It is allowed though don't worry. City parks out here are very welcoming to cyclists.
We had a lunch break, and a few 5 minute roadside pitstops today, but other than that it was all riding.
The next few days should hold the same wind for us due to that massive snow storm up north. I am thankful we didn't get hit by that. It is pretty chilly though but neither of us mind that :)
Kansas is here, and we are hoping to move on to Missouri sooner than later.
